Frequently Asked Questions

Registering for an account with EZPZ is quick and easy!

Follow these steps:

  1. Click on the human icon found on the top right of the website.
  2. Select 'Register' from the drop down menu. 
  3. Fill in your details and choose the appropriate account type (Personal, Student or Organisation) to receive exclusive offers suited to your needs.
  4. Note: For students please use your student email for sign up. For Organisations, please your company/work email during sign up.
  5. Wait for the confirmation email in your inbox (check your spam box).

Fret not! It's an easy fix. Follow these steps:

  1. Click on the human icon found on the top right of the website.
  2. Select 'Log In' from the drop down menu. 
  3. Click on 'Forgot your password? Reset here' found below the log in box.
  4. Key in your email address and select 'Continue'.
  5. Check your email inbox (your spam box as well in case it ends up there) for the reset link.
  6. Proceed to reset your password by clicking on the link found in the email.

Once you have registered an account with us, you can log on to your account at any time after to modify the billing address, shipping address, password or any information you would like.

Ordering at EZPZ is easy! 

  1. Search for the item you would like to purchase using the search bar or click on the product category/trade menu.

  2. Select the quantity of the items you want and add it to cart. Continue shopping.

  3. Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, simply check out.

  4. Enter your shipping address, payment information and the preferred *delivery date and that's it! 

*Your order will usually be delivered to you by the stipulated date, however we may call you to confirm or amend the date for delivery.

For urgent orders with less than 48-hour notice, please contact us directly at 6659 4348 to discuss the possibility of fulfilling your requirements.

We accept payment made through PayNow and PayPal (Debit and Credit).

Please drop us an email at or call us at 6659 4348. Kindly include your name and order number for our reference to serve you in a more efficient manner. We can amend or cancel the order as long as the order has not been processed.

EZPZ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. We will contact you in the event of an order cancellation.

Every promo code has its own terms and conditions (i.e. redemption period, minimum spend, for specific collections, for students only etc.) so do take note of that before applying it to cart.

If your promo code is valid and still does not work, please take a screenshot of the email/page where you received/saw the promo code and drop us an email at with information regarding the order. We'll get back to you within a day.

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on EZPZ. The price listed are inclusive of GST. Delivery charges are extra and if your order value is S$150 or more, in that case the delivery charge is waived off.

We provide three delivery options Standard (in-house), Express (courier) and Saver (SmartPac).

  • In-House Delivery (5-7 Business Days) - S$6.99 (Ideal for bulky and heavy orders)
  • Express Delivery (1-3 Business Days) - Ranges from S$9 to $19 depending on volume and location.

  • Saver Delivery (2-3 Business Days) - S$ 2.99 (for small non-bulky orders)

FREE delivery on orders valued at S$150 or more.

NO FEES for self collection

Depending on the order quantity, volume and weight - your order would be delivered at your given shipping address either through the following delivery option (you may select at check out):

  • In-house delivery 

  • 3PL partners (Ninjavan)

  • Self Collection (Free)

Generally, EZPZ delivers the items by the date you have selected at check out or within 1-5 *business days depending on the delivery method you selected at check out.

In the event that an item is a pre-order or out of stock, we will give you a call for an estimated delivery date.

*Business days excludes public holidays and weekends.

Mon – Friday: 8:30 am to 5.30 pm. Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

Each account type gives you specially selected news, discounts and promotions thats relevant to your needs via email. E.g Students are entitled to 10% off each order placed all year round.

So do select the appropriate account type and remember to subscribe to our newsletter to receive the exclusive promotions!

If you purchasing good for your business/organisation, please use your work email during sign up. This allows you to receive business/organisation exclusive discounts and promotion codes.

If you are a student and purchasing for your school work needs, please use your student email address during sign up. This allows you to receive student exclusive discounts and promotion codes.

If you are purchasing for your personal/household needs, please use any email (gmail, hotmail etc.) during sign up. This allows you to receive exclusive discounts and promotion codes suited to your needs.
